/ 007 /Before we talk
Good questions.
Straight answers.
What to expect from the scope, the budget, and the way we work together.
01Do you work with HVAC companies across the United States?
Yes. We work remotely with established residential HVAC companies across the US. Each campaign is focused on the service area your business can cover, rather than a national audience of homeowners.
02What is included in the $2,000 monthly engagement?
The starting scope covers one operation, Google Search management for up to two service families, a main landing page, tracking, and ongoing refinement. You receive a written weekly update and a 30-minute monthly review. We define implementation, access, and any additional work in the proposal. Advertising spend is separate.
03How much should we budget for advertising?
Your media budget depends on the services, area, capacity, and economics of your business. We agree on it before launch. The advertising account is yours, and you pay the platform directly. We do not assume the same budget will work in every market.
04Can you work with our existing website and CRM?
Yes. We review what you already use and agree on the connections required. A focused landing page can work alongside your current website. CRM work, call-tracking tools, and custom integrations are scoped explicitly when needed.
05How soon will we see results?
Timing depends on campaign readiness, local demand, budget, and your team’s response to inquiries. We propose an initial 90-day paid engagement to build, launch, and evaluate the work, followed by monthly service. We do not guarantee a number of leads, jobs, or revenue.
06Are you a lead marketplace?
No. We manage marketing for your business, using your brand and advertising account. Inquiries go to your team. You retain access to your accounts and the assets defined in your agreement.
07What happens in the first conversation?
We discuss your service area, the work you want more of, your current marketing, and your capacity. If the fit is there, we recommend a focused starting scope and outline the next steps.
