Information you choose to share

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, optional website, service area, service priority, and project brief. When you submit the form, our website sends these details through FormSubmit to our team’s inbox at contact@befastcompany.com, hosted by Zoho Mail. FormSubmit retains a submission archive for 30 days. The confirmation page appears after the submission service accepts your message.

How we use your inquiry

We use the information you share to respond to you, understand your needs, discuss a potential engagement, and keep a record of that business conversation. Please avoid including sensitive personal, account, or financial information in your initial inquiry.

Website hosting and external services

The site is hosted on Vercel, with domain and DNS services from Cloudflare. These providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. FormSubmit and Zoho Mail process inquiry data to deliver and store your message. Their privacy terms, and those of any external website you visit, also apply. This site does not install advertising pixels or marketing cookies.

Your choices
